Allow me to introduce myself. I'm Andrew Boyle, and I'm a self-made entrepreneur with a story to tell. My journey began at just 16 years old, when I dropped out of high school to work at my dad's furniture store. It was there that I discovered my passion for sales, and I quickly learned the ins and outs of the business.
By the time I was 21, I had saved up enough money to start my own shed lot. It was a risky move, but I was confident in my abilities and determined to succeed. And I did - my shed lot was a huge success, and by the age of 25, I was able to purchase my own furniture store.
My first year in business was a remarkable success - I was up 35% in sales, which allowed me to purchase even more stores and join forces with my brother Gary. Today, we have 26 retail locations and over $90 million in annual retail sales.
However, my success wasn't without its challenges. I tried multiple different training companies to help train our employees, but none of them seemed to relate to the everyday sales associates. So, I decided to create my own training platform to help train our employees, and it proved to be highly effective.

As the co-founder of "Making Sales Simple," a sales training company tailored to the shed industry, Peter is dedicated to helping professionals enhance their sales techniques. Despite his busy schedule, he makes time for his passions—cruising and spending quality time with his family. With 17 years of industry experience, Jason Graber has consistently pushed the boundaries of what’s possible within the shed industry. He began his career in 2007 as a shed builder in Pickens SC. In 2012 he moved his family to Sarasota FL to operate a manufacturing facility where the team produced $4m/yr in portable storage sheds. His experience in building and manufacturing led to the creation of 3D Shed Builder, a tool that enhanced how sheds are designed and sold. He then went on to use that tool and run a successful dealership in Sarasota for a year.
In 2017 he founded Shed Suite, a comprehensive SaaS solution transforming operations for over 100 shed brands and 1000s of dealers across the U.S. Shed Suite is his current passion where he leads an awesome team of 14 people dedicated to empowering shed businesses to thrive.
Outside of work, Jason enjoys playing pickleball and spending time outdoors with his wife and their four children! He values authenticity and strong relationships, believing that true wealth lies in the connections we build.
Kyle Summers, a seasoned sales and marketing professional, has spent the past seven years making a significant impact in the Portable Building industry. Starting as a Portable Building Dealer and part-owner in the industry, Kyle quickly distinguished himself with his strategic vision and leadership. A co-founder of the influential Shed Geek Podcast, Kyle has become a respected voice in the industry, sharing insights and shaping its future on a global scale. Now, as the Chief Marketing Officer at JMAG LLC, Kyle leverages his extensive experience and passion to lead transformative marketing initiatives. After having a horrible experience trying to buy a shed herself, Shed Gal was founded in 2017 by Susan Frair as a family-owned business specializing in wood-built sheds near Seattle, Washington. Rapid growth led to the inclusion of metal buildings in 2019, where we quickly established ourselves as a top dealer in Washington State. Expanding our reach, we opened locations in Arizona in 2020 and quickly became a top selling dealer in the entire industry.
After completely revamping her business model in 2024, Susan has now opened Super-Sized display lots in South Carolina, Oklahoma, and Arkansas. Arizona will follow in September and Tennessee will be up next. Our ambitious goal is to have a presence in ten states by the end of 2025. Our goal is to have the largest and most diverse display lots in the industry.
Susan hosts "Magnificent Mondays" on the Shed Geek podcast and has helped dealers nationwide to grow their businesses, by providing training and support whenever needed.
