Owen Fitzpatrick - Speaker

 

Owen Fitzpatrick CSP is one of the world’s leading authorities on how to shape behavior through belief. A psychologist, author, and speaker, Owen has worked with prominent organizations such as Coca-Cola, Google, JP Morgan, LinkedIn, Merck, Barclays, Radisson, Pfizer, and Salesforce. He has also worked as a performance coach with individuals including billionaires and Olympic athletes, as well as teams such as the British University Champions in American Football, for whom he won two medals.

Owen has spoken to audiences in 31 countries and has shared the stage with Sir Richard Branson, Andy Andrews, and Seth Godin. His online videos, including his TEDx talk Mind Control, have been viewed by more than two million people. He has authored nine books on behavioral science, which have been translated into 21 languages.

In researching how beliefs positively and negatively impact individuals and cultures, Owen has traveled to more than 100 countries, including Afghanistan, North Korea, Russia, and Rwanda. He is the creator of Belief Leadership™ and has studied cults, brainwashing, and how harmful beliefs can influence people and societies.

Owen holds university degrees in Psychology, Human Development, and History. His master’s thesis in Psychology was titled The Guru Factor and explored how great speakers shape belief through storytelling. He also studied Strategic Negotiation at Harvard Business School and Digital Persuasion at MIT. At age 17, he became Europe’s youngest hypnotherapist and later starred in his own weekly TV show on Irish national television, where he helped guests overcome limiting beliefs in front of hundreds of thousands of viewers.

Owen’s fascination with belief comes from his passion for helping people change. He combines psychology, neuroscience, NLP, behavioral economics, and the science of storytelling to help individuals and organizations believe better and perform at a higher level.

Owen is also a filmmaker, screenwriter, and actor whose work has won awards at festivals in Austin, Chicago, and New York and has been featured on Amazon Prime. Originally from Dublin, Ireland, he now lives in New York City.

Andrew is the cofounder of Making Sales Simple, a platform dedicated to the shed industry that provides practical, industry specific sales training designed to help dealers sell more and operate more efficiently. He is also the cofounder of the Shed Sales Summit, one of the leading events focused on helping shed dealers grow their revenue and strengthen their businesses.


As the host of the Simply Shed Talk Show, Andrew shares real world strategies and insights with shed professionals across the country, breaking down what is working right now in sales, marketing, and operations. He currently serves as CEO of Simple RTO, where he is focused on helping dealers close more deals through better financing solutions.


Andrew is also a best selling author of two books and a motivational speaker known for delivering high energy, relatable talks centered around mindset, growth, and finding your why. His message is simple. When you focus on what works, simplify your process, and clearly communicate your value, growth becomes inevitable.

Steve’s career spans over four decades of transformative leadership, most

notably as the Executive Vice President and Chief Marketing Officer of

Chick-fil-A, Inc. (1981-2015). During his tenure, he was instrumental in shaping

Chick-fil-A’s iconic brand, overseeing all aspects of marketing, advertising,

brand and menu development, and hospitality strategies that contributed to

Chick‑fil‑A’s growth from ~184 stores and $100 M in annual sales in 1981 to over

2,100 stores and approximately $6.8 B in sales by 2015. After his tenure, the

chain continued expanding, reaching over $25 B in U.S. annual sales and 3,000+

locations by mid‑2025.

Prior to his pivotal role at Chick-fil-A, Steve honed his marketing acumen as the

director of marketing for Six Flags Over Georgia and held marketing positions

at other Six Flags properties and as a communications manager at Texas

Instruments.

A committed leader, Steve served on Chick-fil-A's board of directors (2016-

2018) and several other esteemed organization and ministry boards, including:

Atlanta Hall Management & College Football Hall of Fame, National Football

Foundation, Fellowship of Christian Athletes of Atlanta, Links Players

International, FamilyLife, and Global Teen Challenge.

He holds a master’s in advertising from Medill School of Journalism at

Northwestern University, a Bachelor of Science in marketing from Auburn

University, and an associate degree in business administration from Faulkner

State Junior College.

Steve and his wife, Dianne, reside in Highlands, North Carolina, and are proud

parents to two children and four grandchildren.
